Our wellbeing workshop spans 2.5 hours, providing ample time for your team to absorb the information, engage in various modalities, and depart feeling replenished and invigorated, well-prepared for the week ahead.
You can choose to deliver the workshop on-site or at our chosen wellness spaces across London. Among them are Uncommon (Fulham), and The Lodge Space (Bermondsey). We’ll supply yoga mats, blankets, and nutritious snacks to your team.
