A Mindful Approach to Children's Development

Mindfulness is more than relaxation; it is an essential tool for children to learn emotional regulation and reach their full potential. Combining art, nature play, movement & breathework, our children’s mindfulness programme ignites self-discovery and social connection.

The mini human day

Mini Human, our children’s mindfulness program, emphasizes health, happiness, and community.

We aim to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children, imparting applicable life skills. Establishing healthy habits early shapes lifelong development.

Through experiential learning, mindfulness supports emotion management, fostering resilience and self-regulation crucial for well-being.

In our mindfulness experiences, children engage in enjoyable activities, learning breathing techniques, focus, and emotional awareness.

Mini Human is an excellent way to help your child develop important life skills while having fun and making friends. Your child will thank you for it!

The specific dates and locations may vary depending on your community or organisation. It could be organised at schools, community centers, or other venues. Please check with the organisers in your area for the exact details.

No prior experience is required for children to participate. The activities are designed to be accessible to children who may be new to mindfulness practices. Trained facilitators or teachers will guide the children through the activities and help them understand the concepts involved.

Children should wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement, such as loose-fitting clothes or sportswear. They might also need to bring a water bottle and a small snack, depending on the duration of the event. It’s best to check with the organisers beforehand for any specific requirements.

Parents or guardians can support their children’s participation by encouraging them to attend, explaining the benefits of mindfulness, and discussing what they learned after the event. Additionally, parents can practice mindfulness with their children at home by engaging in simple activities like deep breathing or sharing moments of gratitude.
