Our High Impact Approach to Corporate Wellbeing

Read on to discover how becoming more fully human means a happier, more productive workforce.

Awaken your innate capabilities.

These days, it’s easy to feel less than human. And when you’re at work, that’s even more likely.

In a stressful, high-pressure environment, anyone can get disconnected from their body, breath and emotions.

Our approach centres on getting your employees back into nature. Not only in a literal sense, via our wellbeing days, but also by reconnecting each person to their most natural state, the state of optimal health.

As someone who knows how to breathe, play, and connect with one another on a deeper level.

Who can challenge themselves, and return with creative solutions.

Life is uncertain, but within that uncertainty anyone can learn to be flexible. To control both health and mindset.

We love helping people and teams discover their inner resources. To learn self-management, while growing and working together.

Seeing people achieve things they never thought they could do is the reason we’re in business.

We hope you’ll join us.

Mindfulness + Flow = the key to happy productivity.

A lot of employee wellbeing programmes are based on mindful awareness.

Mindful awareness enables you to be in the moment, with a sense of calm and alertness. All while paying purposeful attention.

Mindfulness regulates your nervous system by flushing out stress hormones creating balance in body and mind.

Learning these techniques are essential for business. In a 2019 study, a regular and well-implemented mindfulness practice improved employee focus and productivity by 120%, and employers saw an 85% decrease in absenteeism.

But mindfulness alone isn’t the full story.

For optimum productivity, you also need flow.

Flow is when you are deeply immersed in an activity. You’ll be highly focused, almost as if you are the activity itself. When you’re in flow, nothing else matters.

It’s the secret to happiness, according to psychologist Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, who coined the concept.

In the flow state, you’ll feel complete mental clarity. Your brain moves into a slower frequency. You’ll go from one right decision to the next, without getting emotionally tangled up.

When you’re in that moment, there’s no beginning and no end… no time,… no thought, just pure, you are, and it is.”

Steven Kotler, The Rise of Superman.

Everywhere people gather, group flow can occur.

Those moments when the whole team’s working in harmony? That’s flow. You’ll get the same pleasure chemicals as when you’re in flow on your own.

A workforce that’s in flow is productive, happy, and harmonious.

Our workshops are designed to alternate mindfulness + flow.

Non-stop flow is great, but exhausting. Mindfulness alone is peaceful, but less effective.

That’s why our wellbeing days and programmes are designed to alternate flow activities with mindful awareness.

You might be experiencing mindful breathing techniques, completing a group challenge, learning posture, or engaging in a collective shared experiences.

However your corporate experience day  evolves, you’ll be discovering the joy of group flow in a peaceful setting.

And you’ll learn real-world, personalised tools you can take back with you to the office.

We don’t (only) want to get your colleagues calm, with improved staff mental health. We also want to see your business grow.

When you take a mindful approach to your business, you’ll understand what needs changing, whilst empowering your team to think, feel and perform at their best.

Evidence-based practice

From flow to mindfulness, cold water therapy to breathwork, each aspect of our programmes is backed by science.

We don’t believe in training you in modalities that have no grounding in research and study.

We’ll explain everything clearly, so you don’t only know what you’re doing, and how to do it.

You’ll also understand why.

Once you’ve got the theory, you’ll then learn through experiential practice.

Holistic approach

Holistic = the whole of you. Your mind, body, and emotions.

Unlike other corporate wellbeing programmes, we don’t only focus on preventing your colleagues from taking time off sick.

(Although we do that too).

We aim to treat each participant as a complete person. One who goes home at the end of the day and has a life.

Getting back into the body, rediscovering inner resources, gaining energy and mental clarity – these don’t only help at work.

They’re easily-implemented tools specific to each person, and are essential to thrive, in both professional and domestic life.

Because we believe that a business which cares about its employees cares about the whole of them. Not just the part that turns up for work.
