We are a team from various backgrounds in the wellbeing space
Our founder, Ollie Frost, is on a mission to bring a holistic approach to workplace wellbeing.
But that’s not where he started. Once, Ollie was a professional rugby player who competed at the highest levels of the sport.
In a tough, high-pressure environment, he had to learn the right skills not just to survive, but to thrive.
Playing professional rugby for a decade took its toll mentally and physically. After retiring 8 years ago, he has taken a curious and exploratory path to holistic treatment and group wellbeing facilitation.
With the intention of integrating wellbeing and high performance through evidence-based research, experiential learning, and social interaction.
Each experience is supported by transformational tools and insights that regulate the nervous system, bringing calm, open and engaged states from within.
Essential skills for a fast-paced modern world.
To become aware of the physical, mental, and emotional self.
Ollie founded Mindful Elements with this mission in mind.
He hopes you’ll share his passion too.
Ollie is a qualified Mindfulness teacher and a trainee trauma-informed somatic counselor, bringing a wealth of expertise to his holistic approach.
As a physical therapist therapist, former professional rugby player, and founder of Mindful Elements, Ollie has spent 14 years coaching groups and individuals to achieve balanced health and well-being.
Ollie passionately believes in a 360° approach to health, focusing on the complete person and their environment.
His method includes functional breath-work for high performance, emotional release practices, and mindfulness strategies, all viewed through the lens of the nervous system and vagus nerve to increase personal resiliency and capacity.
His work is entirely grounded in neuroscience, biology, and scientific research.
